The FastForWord program improves the learning process
The FastForWord program is grounded on the research of neuroscience. FastForWord is an effective program which builds the brain’s capacity for learning, making the learning process easier and faster.
The FastForWord program automatizes thought processes and develops the brain in the same way as an athlete builds muscular memory through repetition. Every day, the student is asked to perform hundreds and hundreds of tasks that are more and more difficult, in quick succession, being practically exposed to the learning experience of a native English speaker.
The results can be quickly observed in the thought process, because FastForWord strengthens both cognitive abilities and those which involve fundamental reading and linguistic skills
Abilities which involve fundamental reading and linguistic skills, reinforced through the Fast ForWord program
- Phonemic awareness
- Associating sounds with letters
- Spelling notions
- Grammar structures
- Understanding paragraphs
- Fluent reading
Fast ForWord is based on neuroscience research which shows that the brain can be taught to restructure information.
"The brain’s plasticity” is the brain’s ability to change through experience and learning. To restructure the brain, certain conditions must be fulfilled. These conditions or “learning principles” have been identified as: repetition, adaptation to the abilities and skills of a person, motivation and instant feedback.
- Intensive - 5 days / week (to the end)
- Permanent adaptation to each student’s needs
- It integrates learning into fun, interactive computer games
This program has been recommended by teachers, psychopedagogues, parents, university researchers and logopeds.
The FastForWord program is primarily addressed to pre-university students from 5 to 16 years old, but it can also be used by students and adults who wish to improve their English learning skills.
